We are proud to announce that Supernova Design Studio was responsible for the full setup and design of the prestigious 2025 VIP Lounge at the Genoa International Boat Show, one of the most important events in the international yachting world.
The 2025 VIP Lounge — titled “The Magic of Illusion” — stood out for its striking visual identity and a rich calendar of cultural and lifestyle events, including talks on art, design, yachting culture, book presentations, and exclusive culinary experiences.
A highlight of the program took place on September 20, when Luca Bassani shared the inspiring story of how the dream of Wally became a reality. The talk was followed by a presentation from the VIP Lounge designer Supernova Design Studio, and the other partners such as Oak, Drigani, Carpet Edition, Nautys, Spaghetti Wall, and Arrital — who discussed the intersection between yachting and interior design, offering unique insights into how the space was conceived and brought to life.
Throughout the event, the lounge also hosted leading designers, artists, authors and industry voices, contributing to the exclusive and immersive atmosphere that has become a signature feature of this edition.
Supernova handled the complete setup of the VIP Lounge: space planning, selection of furniture and materials, design of the environment, logistics and full on-site coordination.
Our goal was to transform a simple hospitality area into a true lifestyle salon — a place where elegance, art and comfort came together to offer visitors a memorable, immersive experience.
Thanks to our work, the space welcomed guests with refined interiors, curated atmospheres and the high-level hospitality expected from such an important event.
